Eashgroup — East Africa Smart Hub operates across six divisions: Automotive, Integrated Logistics, Construction Management, Agri-Trade, Business Consulting, and Social Responsibility. eashgroup.com is an informational website describing these services, including downloadable brochures and a vehicle catalogue. It does not process online payments or place binding orders — enquiries made through the site are the starting point for a direct conversation with our team, not a contract.

- Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Sites, including the employee portal
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Sites, including through scraping, scanning, or automated bulk requests

5. The Employee Portal
portal.eashgroup.com is a restricted-access system for authorized Eashgroup personnel only. Access is granted via Google Sign-In and limited to specific accounts. Attempting to access the portal without authorization is a violation of these Terms. Authorized users agree to use the portal only for legitimate business purposes and to keep their account credentials secure.
6. Third-Party Links
The Sites link to third-party tools and organizations (for example, Google Workspace applications and our CSR partner Bâtir l'Avenir Ensemble). We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites reached through these links.
